#PAMRAMADHAN 2015 : Favorite Ramadhan Routine

Ramadhan Du’a Day 24

Favorite Routine in Ramadhan

Fasting for 19 hours creates a new routine for my family (including the toddler). Since night is short here, our night schedule is a bit packed. In just 5 hours, we have to break our fast, perform Maghrib, Isyak and teraweeh prayer and have sahur. So I usually do not sleep until Subh prayer.

Generally my favorite Ramadhan routine is as following:

  1. Wake up from sleep around 10/11 am.
  2. Bathe Arish and give him something to eat.
  3. Perform dhuha prayer and taubah/hajat prayer.
  4. Recite Quran
  5. Free activity (reading/internet surfing/cleaning house etc.)
  6. Perform zohr prayer.
  7. Recite Quran
  8. Give Arish something to eat.
  9. Put him to sleep for his day nap.
  10. Free activity
  11. Pray asr.
  12. Prepare iftar.
  13. Iftar with family
  14. Pray maghrib, isyak, teraweeh.
  15. Recite Quran
  16. Clean kitchen
  17. Free activity
  18. Have sahur
  19. Pray Subh
  20. Recite Quran
  21. Clean kitchen
  22. Sleep

Fuh, what a long list! Haha!

So, what’s your routine look like?
